Larry Van Horn - Chapter Chairman
Larry has over 30 years of managerial experience in
the private and government sectors. Retired from U.S. Army
after 25 years of service. He is a graduate of Christopher
Newport University and holds a degree in Business Management.
Larry is a successful entrepreneur himself, founded his
management consulting practice in 2001 and still operates
the business. He has been a member of SCORE since 2004 and
currently serves as the Chapter Chairman.

Federico Jones - Counselor
With over 30 years of extensive experience in Business Development,
Leadership, Labor Relations, Customer Service, Operations,
Sales (Inside and outside), Marketing and Client Relation,
Federico bring an enormous wealth of knowledge and experience
to SCORE and his Clients. In addition to his Bachelors Degree
in Business Administration, Federico brings a great deal
of knowledge in establishing and maintaining a successful
business.

Ron has 45 years of experience in industry from apprentice
to President.

Edward Tissiere
Ed Tissiere has over 30 years of managerial experience in the private and government sectors. He retired from Virginia employment commission after 14 years of service. Ed is a successful entrepreneur himself, founded his Security company in 2001 and still operates the business. He has been a member of SCORE since 1985, a former Chapter Chairman and currently serves the Seminar Manager.

James T. Wheeling - Counselor
SCORE Counselor for 15 years. Retired U.S. Navy;
division officer; plant supervisor; quality control; (VA
employment commission) VEC (RET); wrote training contracts
and monitored the training; placed personnel.

James T. Yonkos - Chapter Treasurer
Jim has over 40 years of managerial experience in the private
and government sectors. He retired from the U.S. Air Force
after 24 years of service. He is a graduate of the University
of Kentucky and Arizona State University and holds a Master
Degree in Engineering. He is a successful entrepreneur and
founded Tech Systems Services in 1980 and SYR, Inc. 1988.
These corporations have grown and are currently operating
and highly successful. He sold both businesses in 1995 and
retired to give more time to SCORE. Jim has been a member
of SCORE since 1996 and currently serves as the Chapter
Treasurer.
